User Agreement

By accessing or using Mix2um ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by this User Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. Mix2um Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") reserves the right to update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

You must be at least 14 years old to use Mix2um. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this Agreement or are inactive for an extended period.

Mix2um is a music playlist community platform where users can share, discover, and engage with curated playlists. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. You agree not to:

• Upload, post, or share content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Post spam, misleading content, or deceptive information
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service

By submitting content to Mix2um, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the Service. You retain ownership of your content.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you post — including track information, descriptions, and playlist metadata — does not violate any third-party rights (including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights).

Mix2um itself does not host or stream music files. All track references are user-submitted links to third-party platforms such as YouTube. We do not claim ownership of any third-party content.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates this Agreement or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Additionally, we are not responsible for the availability of third-party platforms (e.g., YouTube API) that the Service relies on. Feature disruptions due to third-party policy changes or outages are beyond our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mix2um Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court.
